Effective October 2, 2026. This notice describes how this website handles submitted information.
Details you share
National Carpet Cleaning collects the information you submit to review your cleaning needs and respond to your quote request. A phone number or email address is required. Your name, address or partial location, requested services, room and furniture details, materials, availability, preferred date, and other comments are optional.
Optional photos
You may upload up to three photos, 5 MB each, in JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC format. Uploaded originals, including any embedded metadata, are stored with your request. Within this website, saved requests and photos are accessible through the owner-only inbox. Please avoid including payment information, sensitive documents, or unnecessary personal details in messages and photos.
Email notifications
Resend is the configured email notification provider. When notifications are enabled, it receives request text and the contact details you supply to send notifications to our business inboxes. Uploaded photos are not sent to Resend or attached to those notifications. See Resend’s privacy policy. A saved-request confirmation is separate from confirmation that an email arrived.
Earlier setup and test submissions were processed through FormSubmit. It states that it retains form submissions for 30 days; see its documentation and privacy policy. There is no automatic fallback or resend through a different provider.
Technical information
This website has no added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. To limit repeated submissions, it stores a daily identifier derived from your IP address or authenticated user ID, together with request counts and timing information. This site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers may also process technical information and operational logs. See OpenAI’s privacy policy. Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes its processing.
The website does not change its collection in response to browser Do Not Track signals. It has no added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Links to other websites, including Yelp, are subject to those websites’ own practices.
Storage and questions
The website currently has no automatic deletion schedule for saved requests or uploaded photos. FormSubmit’s 30-day period does not apply to those website records or to email copies.
